remember where it was) and Rich's run out at Effingham (might also qualify
for shampoo...) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On tour:- Champagne: Al's Go-Go Gadget, diving, Rolling, left -handed (enough adjectives yet?) stop at Stithians to a ball way down the leg-side. Shampoo: Rich discovering on using his tent for the first time in three years that there was a pair of pants, a pair of socks and a dog-end tucked away in it. Not strictly culpable yet, until it transpired that he wore the underwear and smoked the roll-up. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shampoo: Rich for falling off of his bike and scaring the willies out of us all. Champagne: Getting better! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Champagne or shampoo:- Robin in the 10/10 game amassing 3 halos on the 1st ball of the match then going on to score 25 to retire in about 9 balls. The halos were for: 1) an edge, 2) the ball hit the stumps but the bails stayed on, and 3) he should have also been stumped. Nobody on the boundary was really sure what had happened because of the fog. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shampoo:- Vs. Horton Kirby.
